ABOUT THE GUEST

Sarah Algoet is a voice teacher with over 20 years of experience guiding singers towards their full vocal potential. Her teaching style is fun and engaging—because that’s how we learn best—while staying firmly rooted in science to ensure satisfying and lasting results.

Sarah’s approach is highly personalised, drawing from a wide range of techniques and pedagogies to suit each individual. Whether guiding beginners in discovering their unique voice or helping professionals refine their artistry, her goal is always the same: to empower singers with a healthy, functional technique that gives them the freedom to tell their story, their way.

Sarah specialises in a holistic approach, recognising the deep connection between the mind and the body. She believes that singers, like elite athletes, need ongoing coaching to maintain peak performance. Just as a sports coach helps an athlete develop strength, flexibility, endurance and mental resilience, Sarah helps singers build a reliable and versatile voice that can handle any artistic challenge.

For Sarah, vocal coaching is not just about technique—it’s about storytelling, self-expression, and building confidence. She believes every voice deserves to be heard, and she’s passionate about helping singers thrive on stage, in the studio, and beyond.
