ABOUT THE GUEST
Genevieve Tawiah is a Performance Physiotherapist with a specialism in vocal physiotherapy. She is passionate about improving her patients’ awareness and understanding of their bodies. Originally from Derby in the midlands, she moved to Manchester to study physiotherapy before moving to London to pursue her interest of working in the performing arts industry. Since graduating she has attained experience working in the NHS as well as private sector; worked on West End shows such as Wicked, Harry Potters Cursed Child, The Drifters Girl musical and more; supported various TV shows; and provided vocal and general physiotherapy support for singers both at schools, in show, on their tours and in clinic. She is currently in the midst of writing her first article on vocal physiotherapy collaborating with colleague Lucie Rayner. Genevieve enjoys treating people from a range of different backgrounds and is keen on taking a whole body/whole person approach and collaborating with her patients.
